We are praying that God will send us some volunteers who are willing to get settled here for a couple of years, learn some of the language, and assist in the starting of small groups through friendship evangelism. 

Daniel and Joy Lau, from Singapore, are working with our network team for 2 years. Their home church wants them to get a real taste of "missions" before deciding if God is calling them here long-term. It's wonderful to have their youthful enthusiasm and love for the work even when it's hard to operate with "survival Japanese." They are very helpful with our "tea times" and "kids' clubs", as well as with one-on-one English Bible studies.
