I've uploaded some files, some .doc and some .pdf that are good resources. I don't agree with everything but I have learned much from perusing them all.
I have read a lot of the materials produced by Xenos Christian Fellowship in Columbus Ohio. VERY practical.
Rad Zdero's materials have been very helpful to me, including Launching House Church Movements. It has a really nice chart of differences between institutional churches and house churches.
Dick Scoggins of Fellowship of Church Planters International has produced Planting House Churches in Networks, a very detailed and long manual that includes a great section on "the man of peace".
Save the World, Plant a Church
is the first work I used to develop training modules for house church
planters. Jason Johnston and Rad Zdero had done lots of work on this
and I appreciate it much.
Re-thinking the 5-fold Ministry
is a good example of Frank Viola's historical analytical approach that
hits hard at generally-accepted teachings and helps us recover the
'church planting' vision.
