Kathi sees her work at the Christian Academy in Japan (CAJ) as a ministry that helps church-planters, Japanese pastors, and other believers as they build God's Kingdom in Japan. CAJ's Mission Statement is:

Christian Academy in Japan, a school for the children of evangelical missionaries in Japan, equips students to impact the world for Christ.

Kathi is teaching 7th grade Bible and math this year. She also oversees the boarding program.
